Joining the Club is simple, free of charge and enables you to benefit of a wide
range of special offers and services.
Fill out the application form and deliver it to the Hotel's receptionist.
Afterwards the definitive card will be send to your address.

Points
To earn points with the Privilege Card is very easy. You only need to show your
card directly to the Hotel and you will get the points referring to your invoice
(VAT excluded).
How to earn points: 1 Point = 0,04 Euro

Terms and Conditions
1. The Privilege Card is property of R.P. Hotels, Restaurants & Travel Group.
In case the owner does not use it in a proper way, R.P. Group reserve the right
to delete the card at any time. The owner has always to show his card in order
to earn and use the points.
2. The card- holder gets the points referring the amount of the invoice (V.A.T.
excluded).
3. After enrolling the Programme the card- older can enjoy all the advantages of
the "Privilege Card".
4. The benefits of the Privilege Card are not compatible and cumulative with any
special offers of European Travel Way. Points are not transferable and they will
be awarded referring only to the paid invoices. The membership card is personal
and can only be used by the holder: it is not possible to enrol more than one
person on the same account/personal code.
5. R.P. Hotels, Restaurants & Travel Group reserves the right to delete or
change the Programme rules and conditions in a total or partial way. R.P. Group
will notify in advance any changes or delete Programme terms and conditions. In
case that it was not possible, R.P. will be not responsible for any loss of points
or damages caused to the card- holder. In case R.P. Group terminate the Programme,
the card-holder will forfeit his points.
6. R.P. Hotels, Restaurants & Travel Group is not responsible for late or lost
correspondence.
7. If the card - holder does not earn points for more than 24 months, R.P. Group
will remove his account and delete his card from the Programme.
8. In case points referring to stay are not registered automatically in the card,
the card-holder can have these points credited in the next invoice. Otherwise
the card-holder can send by e-mail or fax a copy of the invoice including the
number of the Privilege Card to our Call Center: booking@rphotels.com; fax +39.(0)55.3246206.
9. In case of reservations referring to special conditions applied to Tour Operators,
Travel Agencies, Group of min.15 people and private companies, the card-holder
will not earn points.
10. The card is valid starting from the date of issue and it is not retroactive. |
